01About these terms

These terms apply between you and DCS AI Technologies India Private Limited and DCS AI Technologies LLC ("we", "us") when you use dcslabs.ai, including its R-Series pages. By using the site you accept them; if you do not, please do not use it. You may accept them for an organisation only if you are authorised to do so.

02What the site is

The site gives corporate, research and product information. It does not sell anything, and nothing on it is an offer, a quotation or a binding commitment. Any product, pilot or service is provided only under a separate written agreement, which prevails for its subject matter.

Statuses on this site use four words: In production, Staging, In development and Planned. A status describes the state of the work at the time shown; it is not a certification, and no independent certification is claimed unless a page says so with a reference.

03Demonstrations and simulations

The demo verifier, sample receipts and animated scenes are demonstrations. The samples are not customer data. A successful check means a receipt passes the checks this version implements, using the keys and data supplied. It does not by itself show that the underlying event happened, that every event was recorded, or that an action was lawful or authorised. Do not use them to make operational, safety, engineering or security decisions.

04No professional advice

Nothing on the site is legal, engineering, safety, security, regulatory or investment advice.

05Intellectual property

Except where separately identified, the site and its content (text, design, graphics, animations, code and data) belong to DCS AI Technologies India Private Limited, DCS AI Technologies LLC or their licensors. R-Series software, specifications, documentation and sample files are proprietary. Viewing them on this site grants no licence to use, copy or implement them; any such right is given only in a separate written licence or agreement, which prevails for those materials. Our names and marks are not licensed. R-Series and DCS Labs are names and marks used by DCS AI Technologies.

You may view the site, share links to it and quote short passages with attribution. Otherwise you may not copy, adapt, republish or sell our content, reuse its code or scenes, or use it to train or test a machine-learning model, without our written permission. Nothing here restricts any use the law allows regardless of these terms.

06Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the site unlawfully or to harm anyone;
• probe, scan or test the site's security except under our Security Disclosure Policy;
• disrupt the site, overload it or run automated scraping that burdens it;
• frame the site, or present our content as yours;
• claim a partnership, endorsement or certification from us that does not exist, or misstate the status of our work.

07What you send us

You keep ownership of what you send us. Please do not send confidential material unless we have agreed confidentiality terms and a secure channel first. If you volunteer a clearly non-confidential suggestion about our sites or products, we may use it to improve our work without payment; this does not cover your personal data, your CV, your proprietary documents or anything covered by another agreement.

08Links to other sites

Links to other websites are for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

09Export control and sanctions

Public information on the site does not grant permission to export controlled material. Comply with the export-control and sanctions laws that apply to you. See the Legal Notice.

10Disclaimer

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we give no warranty that it is accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted or free of errors or harmful components. Information can change without notice.

11Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and nothing removes rights or remedies that the law gives you and that cannot be excluded.

12Changes and availability

We may change, suspend or withdraw the site at any time. We may update these terms; changes apply from the date shown at the top and do not affect anything that happened before that date.

13Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Hisar, Haryana, India have jurisdiction over any dispute, without removing any right you have under mandatory law to bring proceedings where you live.

14General

If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a term is not a waiver. Our Privacy Policy explains how we use personal data; it does not reduce your rights under data protection law. Separate licences and signed agreements prevail for their subject matter.
