02How to read our statuses

Statuses on this site use four words: In production, Staging, In development and Planned. A status describes the state of the work at the time shown; it is not a certification, and no independent certification is claimed unless a page says so with a reference.

03Forward-looking statements

Statements about the roadmap, standards work, pilots, integrations and any timeline describe plans and expectations at the time shown. They depend on research results, testing, funding, licences and permits, partners and other factors outside our control, and may change or not happen. They are not promises.

04No offer of securities

Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, shares or other securities in any jurisdiction; any investment would be made only through definitive documents, to eligible investors, under the applicable law.

05No government affiliation

R-Series and DCS AI Technologies are not affiliated with or endorsed by any government, standards body or certification authority named on this site. Names of agencies, missions, standards and companies are used only to describe context, and their marks belong to their owners.

06Export control and sanctions

Cryptographic software and technical data can be subject to export-control law, including India's SCOMET list under the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992 and, where they apply, the US Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and the EU Dual-Use Regulation (EU) 2021/821. Access to non-public technical material, demonstrations, products or services may require export classification, end-use and sanctions review and any necessary authorisation, and we may restrict access while that review takes place. Public information on this site does not grant permission to export controlled material.

07Cryptography and standards

Where the site names an algorithm or a standard (for example FIPS 204 or FIPS 205), it describes the work and what it implements or aims for. Algorithm validation (NIST CAVP), cryptographic module validation (FIPS 140) and any flight or production qualification are separate statuses; none is claimed unless the page names the programme, certificate and scope.

08Trademarks and credits

R-Series and DCS Labs are names and marks used by DCS AI Technologies. Other names and marks belong to their owners and are used only to identify them. R-Series software, specifications, documentation and sample files are proprietary. Viewing them on this site grants no licence to use, copy or implement them; any such right is given only in a separate written licence or agreement, which prevails for those materials. Our names and marks are not licensed.
