DCS Labs · Programmes

Every programme. One proof layer.

Every programme in the lab issues the same kind of evidence: a signed, hash-chained receipt with a classical and a post-quantum signature, checkable offline by anyone. What changes is the machine that acts.

01 The engine

R-Series is the trust engine under everything.

Trust infrastructure for AI agents: every action an agent takes leaves a signed, chained, verifiable receipt. R-Series is a proprietary specification; use requires a licence from DCS; the public verifier and vectors are published under licence. Fifteen layers cover the receipt itself, keys and their history, migration to post-quantum keys, and evidence that stays checkable for decades.

Every agent action, provable.

An agent drafts, approves, pays or deploys. R-Series records the intent, the policy that applied, a hash of the result and two signatures, chained to the action before it.

  • Hybrid Ed25519 + ML-DSA-65 on every receipt
  • RFC 8785 canonical bytes, SHA-256 chain
  • Connector OS: every hop between systems receipted
  • Offline verification with the issuer’s public keys

02 Where the engine goes

Space, forces, plants.

DEFENCE & SECURITY

Forces that operate where the network does not.

Signed orders, bounded autonomy when the link is jammed, firmware checked before it is flashed, and an after-action record an ally can verify. Across sea, air, land, uncrewed systems and space.

  • Naval, air, land and uncrewed domains
  • QKD and post-quantum cryptography together
  • Hybrid ML-DSA-65 or ML-DSA-87, chosen per deployment

COSRYX · SPACE

Missions that can prove what they recorded.

Verifiable mission intelligence for space: every command, decision and health record a spacecraft or rover produces becomes evidence a third party can check later.

  • Mars without round trips: signed intents
  • Store, seal, forward through months of blackout
  • A signed health heartbeat

Simulation-validated

COSRYX · ORBIT

A spacecraft that proves every command it obeyed.

Commands signed on the ground and checked on board, signed autonomy changes, and logs that come back as evidence. Flight software for a hosted run on an operating satellite is built and founder-approved after five dated review rounds across two model families; records held internally.

  • Stages 1 and 2 built and simulated
  • Stage 3 flight software approved
  • Orbital test planned

IOT / OT

Post-quantum migration for plants and fleets.

Controllers stay in service for ten to twenty years. A gateway carries identity and signed firmware for devices that cannot change, and every migration step leaves a receipt.

  • Gateway, not re-flash
  • Hash-based firmware signing
  • Migration evidence per device class

03 Next

The drone track.

A trust layer for autonomous systems: secure command links, command authorisation, firmware signing, a signed black box and defined behaviour when the link is lost. Much of it reuses ORBIT. Electronic-warfare hardware comes through partners. It starts only under the terms of a specific programme. Future direction
